Hi Withee here is the proposed itinerary for the trip that is coming up.
We plan to leave after church on Sun 15 March for Ankavandra arriving at
about 2-3pm and setting up camp.
Mon 16th : Send a messenger to the canyon mouth area to gather people
who are willing and able for a leaders training time at the
airfield.(possibly on Wed 18th).
Half team to start preparations for the well digging, (get sand and
stone). The other half to go to Ankavandra and report on state of the
Mayors building, roof and paint job.Speak to the Karana who owes 12
pockets of cement. Make arrangements to complete paint job as needed.
Tue 17th : Continue with digging well, arrange for the building of a
wattle and daub building about 6 by 10 meters. start with foundations
where possible.Set boundaries for the stockade of sisal plants.Plant
shade trees.
Wed 18th : Welcome the arrivals from the canyon mouth, some start the
training others continue building.
Thurs 19th :Training continues, as does digging and building.Send word
of a general meeting for possibly Sat 21 all villages in the area.
Afternoon walk to as many villages as possible to preach.
Fri 20th : Some return to villages to continue preaching, others
continue building.
Sat 21 : Large meeting all villages to reinforce our purposes , preach
and cast vision.Leave for Tana.
